    These terms help us maintain a fair and sustainable service for all RuneScape players. By using our service, you're helping support the development of new features and improvements.

    By accessing and using OSRS Exchange, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

    2. Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on OSRS Exchange for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

    3. Free and Premium Services

    OSRS Exchange offers both free and premium tiers:

    • Free Tier: Access to core features with advertisements. We reserve the right to display ads to support our free service.
    • Premium Tier: Ad-free experience with additional features like custom presets and priority updates.

    We may modify features available in each tier at our discretion to ensure service sustainability.

    4. Disclaimer

    The materials on OSRS Exchange are provided on an 'as is' basis. OSRS Exchange makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

    5. Premium Subscription

    Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Free trials are limited to one per user.

    6. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

    7. Data Collection and Usage

    By using OSRS Exchange, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • We collect analytics data to improve our service
    • We may display advertisements to free users
    • Your usage data helps us understand and improve the platform
    • All data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on OSRS Exchange, except game data from Jagex, is our intellectual property. RuneScape and Old School RuneScape are registered trademarks of Jagex Ltd. We are not affiliated with Jagex.
